James J. Morrisy
President/CEO

Mr. Morrisy is President/CEO of Health Ware Concepts.  He has over twenty-nine years of experience working in the healthcare industry, and specializes in finance, reimbursement, and computer systems.  Jim is primarily responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and product line offerings.

Prior to HWC, Jim held senior management consulting positions at two large consulting firms.  Working as a consultant, Jim became intimately involved with operations at numerous major teaching institutions around the United States and Canada.

Jim maintains close contact with the industry.  He is a frequent lecturer on such topics as managed care information systems, reimbursement, profitability, and cost accounting.





Edward G. Klos
Vice President
Decision Support

Mr. Klos has over twenty-eight years of experience in financial and operational capacities in the healthcare industry. His primary responsibility includes third party reimbursement, financial analysis, and financial modeling. His expertise also includes long-term care and in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues.

Ed has significant experience in third party reimbursement, financial planning, P.C. based software design, rate appeal assistance, rate simulations, revenue forecasting and financial and operational analysis, relating to mergers and acquisitions for institutions.

Ed received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and also attended programs at Newark College of Engineering. He is an advanced member of Health Care Financial Management Association (HFMA).
