Revenue Valuation ServiceWare.  Allows a healthcare facility to estimate patient level revenues (the net collectible value) in a logical and meaningful way:

1. The ^enVISION system utilizes it's proprietary “Pricer” contract manager and all available groupers to price each account to reflect accurate net revenues.

2. The system then compares the ^enVISION amount to the hospital amount.

3. For accounts that are in-house or discharged but not final billed (IH/DNFB), HWC uses an insurance plan-level historical look back period to develop an applicable historical collection percentage. This “Best Price” collection percentage is then applied on an account-by-account basis to the IH/DNFB to facilitate revenue valuation on an “accrual-basis.”

1. Accruals for Contractual Allowances;

2. Aging;
